These terms apply to website use and consumer purchases from Snus Boys. Separate terms may apply to wholesale orders. Contracts are made in English. You can save or print these terms.

Age restrictions and verification

You must be aged 18 or over to shop with us. You must not purchase nicotine products on behalf of anyone under 18.

We use One Account Mobile Limited, trading as 1account, to verify your age. You must provide accurate information and complete any additional checks requested. Do not use another person’s identity or verified account.

Payment may be taken before verification is completed. Payment and an order acknowledgement do not confirm successful verification or acceptance of your order.

We cannot accept or dispatch your order until your age has been verified. You must complete verification within 72 hours of placing your order. If verification is incomplete or unsuccessful after that period, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount paid to your original payment method.

We may also cancel and refund an order where we reasonably believe it is being placed by or for someone under 18.

Once verified, your status is saved to your Snus Boys account, so you only need to complete verification once when shopping through that account. We recommend creating an account and signing in when ordering.

Keep your login details secure, provide accurate information and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security concerns or misuse. This does not remove your rights relating to existing orders or refunds.

Products

Our nicotine pouches are tobacco-free and are not tobacco snus. Nicotine is addictive. Nicotine products are intended for existing adult nicotine users.

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging may vary, but goods must match their description.

Prices and orders

Prices, applicable taxes and delivery charges payable to us are shown before you submit your order. Payment methods are displayed at checkout.

You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Our initial acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance, even if payment has been taken.

We accept your order and a contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation after completing the required verification. For separate dispatches, acceptance applies to the goods identified in each confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a reasonable reason, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful verification, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or a material pricing error. We will notify you and refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply and any delivery charge no longer applicable.

We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

Delivery

Available destinations, delivery options, charges and estimated timings are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Dispatch targets depend on payment, stock and successful age verification. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days after accepting your order. If delivery is delayed, your legal rights to set a further deadline or end the contract remain unaffected.

Goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate receives them, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently appointed by you.

Check your delivery details carefully and contact us promptly about errors or missing parcels. You do not have to pursue our courier before exercising your rights against us.

For deliveries subject to customs procedures, any duties, taxes and responsibilities will be explained where applicable. Nothing in these terms removes our obligations as seller or your mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellations and returns

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Where one order arrives in separate lots, the period normally runs from receipt of the last lot.

Notify us by email, post or another clear statement. You may use the cancellation form below, but do not have to. Return goods within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for the correct returns address before posting goods.

You pay the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

For a valid cancellation, we refund the goods and standard delivery costs where required by law. We need not refund the extra cost of premium delivery.

Where legally permitted, we may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For returned goods, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then where permitted. If no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Contact us if something is wrong.

We may request reasonable information to investigate, but your rights do not depend on reporting every fault within 14 days or supplying photographs.

Applicable rights may include rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms or our other policies limits your statutory rights.

Promotions and website use

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and applicable law. We will not offer or honour a promotion where doing so would be unlawful. This does not remove rights under an existing contract.

Do not misuse our website, interfere with security, introduce malicious software or infringe others’ rights. Website content is owned or licensed by us and must not be commercially reproduced without permission or another lawful basis.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may moderate unlawful or misleading content, but will not remove genuine reviews merely because they are negative.

Our responsibillity

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of statutory consumer rights.

These terms concern personal purchases. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from purchases under these consumer terms.

If an event outside our reasonable control delays an order, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect. Your legal cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Contact [email protected] with any complaint, including your order reference where available. We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. We will provide alternative dispute resolution information where required by law.

General

The terms accepted when you order apply to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We may transfer our obligations only without reducing your rights or guarantees.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.

Courts of England and Wales may hear disputes. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their home courts. Other mandatory rights to use local courts remain unaffected.
