Dispatch Time:

  • Please remember that Bank Holidays are NOT working days, orders will not be collected by courier services on these days, and they will dispatch the following working day.
  • Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. If your order is placed after 2pm on Friday it will be dispatched the next working day which is Monday. Please bear this in mind when ordering over weekends.

Delivery Time:

  • Tracked 24hr aims to deliver the next day (after dispatch), fully tracked with Royal Mail. Please note that next day is Royal Mail’s delivery aim. Although it will usually arrive next day please allow 1-2 days for the order to arrive. 
  • Tracked 48 Aims to deliver 2 days after dispatch, fully tracked.
  • If you are on UK Channel Islands, Guernsey or the Isle of Man please bear in mind that although delivery is still charged at UK prices, Royal Mail tracked 24 and tracked 48 services will likely take an extra few days.

Free Shipping

Orders over £30 are eligible for free shipping within the UK. If you choose free shipping it will be sent with Royal Mails Tracked 24hr service.

Festive Period Deliveries:

Orders placed between 18th of December and 8th of January may experience delivery disruption over the festive and new year period. Orders placed before or by the 17th of December are less likely to experience delays.

International Orders:

We are currently only shipping to the UK at this time.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of nicotine pouch products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are generally unable to accept returns on opened products.

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

We will review the issue and may provide a replacement, refund or alternative resolution where appropriate.

Unopened products

We may accept returns for unopened and unused products at our discretion. Products must:

  • Remain sealed and unopened
  • Be returned in their original condition
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

We process orders quickly and while we will try our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been placed.

Delivery address responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, we may offer a refund excluding original shipping costs.
