Changes and Cancellations
- Please double-check your order before placing it. If you need to cancel, email us ASAP we’ll do our best to help. However, once you hit "Place Order", it may already be packed and ready for dispatch. Our team works quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes aren’t always possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
- We’re not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to address errors. If your parcel is returned to us, we can refund the product cost, but not the original postage and packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- However, if you receive a faulty item, we’ll happily arrange a replacement.
